What happens next

  1. We read it first. Emergency requests go to the front of the queue, ahead of everything else.
  2. We reply within 2 business hours (Monday to Friday) with what we think is wrong, and how to pay the flat fee if you haven't already: $599 for a fix, $899 if the site was hacked.
  3. You send access through a secure link. Never passwords by email.
  4. We fix it. Most fixes are done by the next morning. Order by 5pm Eastern and it's done by 9am Eastern.

While you wait

  • Don't reinstall WordPress or delete plugins at random
  • Don't restore an old backup until we've checked it
  • Write down what changed just before it broke
  • Check your email for warnings from your host
