Is the health check really free?
Yes. No charge and no obligation. If you want us to fix what we find, every fix has a published fixed price.
Do you need access to my site?
No. The check only looks at what is publicly visible, the same way a search engine would. We never ask for passwords for a health check.
How long does it take?
Your report is on its way within one business day. If we spot something urgent, such as signs of malware, we tell you straight away.
What if my site isn't on WordPress?
We'll tell you. The check is built for WordPress and WooCommerce, but we can still point out SSL, speed and uptime problems.
