The price doesn't change. It's fixed in writing before we start, so if it takes us longer than planned, that's our cost.
On a build, any change to the scope is quoted in writing before work on it starts, and you can say no. If you stop a project, you pay for the milestones completed and get everything built so far. Care plans have no lock-in: cancel any month.
Every emergency fix includes 30 days of the Care plan, so a problem that comes back in that time is handled under the plan. Hack cleanups include 60 days of care and a free re-clean if the site is reinfected within 30 days.
