    We check versions, plugins, backups and security, and fix anything urgent.

    Core, theme and plugin updates tested on a copy of your site before they reach the live one.

    Edits, new pages or small features come out of your monthly development hours.

Questions we get asked

What counts as development time?

Anything a developer does on your site at your request: edits, new pages, form changes, small features, plugin swaps. Routine updates, backups, monitoring and hack cleanup don't come out of your hours. Care includes 2 hours a month, WooCommerce Care 4. Hours don't roll over.

What's tested on staging?

Every WordPress, theme and plugin update goes onto a copy of your site first. We check key pages and forms, and on WooCommerce Care we place test orders through checkout. Only then does the update reach your live site.

What if my site gets hacked on the plan?

Hack cleanup is included. Emergencies jump the queue, and most are fixed by the next morning. You don't pay the $899 cleanup fee while you're on a plan.

Can I start without a build?

Yes. Most care clients came to us with a site someone else built. We start with an onboarding check of versions, plugins, backups and security, and fix anything urgent first.

Do you work with my current host?

Yes. Hosting stays with you and in your name. If your host is the cause of slow pages or outages, we tell you and can help you move.

How do I cancel?

Email us before your next billing date and the plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for. No lock-in and no exit fee. We send a final backup and remove any logins we created.
